Purchase in the United States. The US-origin invoice plus the Mexican pedimento establishes title to the product.

Product flows via the border pipeline to US-side tanks and is transferred to rail tanks (ferrotanques) for export.

We move over a Class I US–MX corridor. The rail company issues a tracking number so clients can monitor in real time.

Commercial Terms

Refinery sells FOB; rail freight is paid by the client. Minimum order: 10 rail tanks.

In Mexico, the invoice is linked to the original (with pedimento) to maintain a clean chain of title.
